By accessing and placing an order with Sweet 21, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Sweet 21.


Under no circumstances shall Sweet 21 team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on the site, even if Sweet 21 team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction from this site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume any costs thereof.


Sweet 21 will not be taking any responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources usage policy in any moment.

3. Order Acceptance Policy

All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by Sweet 21 and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to reject any order without providing reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order.


4. Delivery of Your Order

We provide actual delivery service according to the time frame where consumers selected for deliver. Consumers are able to select the following day or any other day as selected on the cart page before checkout.


5. Changes to your order

If you wish to make any changes or cancel your order, please do so by contacting us at sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746). Our team will try our best to serve you during regular working hour, (Mon - Sat, 9:00a.m. to 6.00p.m.). We will always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes or termination (including to updating the delivery address and in relation to card messages) changes are requested 24 hours before the intended deliver day.

6. Cancellation Policy

On demand orders can be cancelled by 3 days before the intended delivery day and a full refund will be issued. You can cancel by contacting at sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746).

7. Product and Substitution Policy

All products are subject to availability. In the order of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without any prior notice. In terms of product requests, we will try to fulfill all requests to the best of our ability. For simple requests please inform us via phone (014-346 3746) or through sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com. We will try our best to accommodate the request subject to the availability of the colour.

8. Payments

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely via various payment gateways like KiplePay.
  • If you create an account, your shipping details will be stored securely so that you can check out easily on future visits without re-entering your card details.
  • We never store or have access to your credit or debit

9. Prices and Additional Charges

  • Delivery charges will added at the checkout when you select the preferred Delivery Options.
  • All prices listed in Sweet 21's website are inclusive of 6% Service Tax.

10. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries can be done on Mondays to Sundays.
  • Although our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for our customer, Sweet 21 cannot be held responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability of the courier service that we use or anything else outside of Sweet 21's control.
  • In the event of a non-delivery, please contact us at sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746). It is the customer's responsibility to contact us within one (1) day (24 hours) of the scheduled delivery date in order to claim a refund. Failure to do so will result in the lapse to any rights of a refund.
  • In the event where the delivery location is too remote or unreachable by our branch, we will contact you before the intended delivery date to offer a full refund and cancellation of your order. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes.
  • We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to use a different delivery method without prior notification.
  • If you change address, you must update your address details on the "My Account" section of the website to ensure that no deliveries are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done 24 hours or one (1) day before the intended delivery date / slot. We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location where we have not received advance notice in accordance with this paragraph.

11. Self-Collect Policy

  • Products in Sweet's 21 website are applicable for both services, self collecting and delivering services.
  • Consumers deserve the right to choose their pickup method through cart before checkout
  • There is strictly no refund, change or cancellation once the order has been confirmed or payment has been made.

12. Damage & Freshness

Our products are well packaged to ensure they arrive as beautiful and as fresh as when they left us. However, on a small number of occasions (and for reasons beyond our control) they may get damaged during transit or deliver. Should this occur to a level that you deem unacceptable, kindly contact our customer service at sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746). To inform us immediately with images to support your claim so that we can arrange for further assistant to replace at our next available delivery date, or a refund. Please note that you will need to email us a photo of the damaged product within 6 hours of receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. If we offer you a refund, please note that banks generally take up to 10 business days to process and transfer the funds into your account. Some banks generally take up to 15 - 30 days, or until your next billing cycle. Sweet 21 has no influence or responsible over these timescales.

We are not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision. We do not provide warranties or any exact guarantees. In no event shall we be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or the contents of the service. We reserve the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Service at any time without prior notice.


Our service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representations of any kind, whether express or implied. We are a distributor and not a publisher of the content supplied by third parties or partner; as such, our exercises no editorial control over such content and makes no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, reliability or currency of any information, content, service or merchandise provided through or accessible via our Service.
