1. What services are provided ?

We do sell cakes, bouquets, decorative items, unique gifts, food and beverages. We intended to provide several services in order to carry out a wonderful and memorable surprise for consumers.

2. How do I register an account ?

User may access to our Sweet's 21 website and register an account by clicking on "new customer" button before you checkout.

3. What should I do if I have forgotten my account password ?

User is able to reset their password by clicking on "forget password" button or contact our customer service for further assistant, sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746).

4. How soon should I place my order ?

We are encouraging our customers to place their order 3 days before the event date to prevent some unnecessary causes or accident. It is much easier for us to track and monitor our progress by informing consumer in advance.

5. How do I make the payment ?

After adding your ideal or favorite products into your cart, kindly click on "checkout" button for payment.

6. Is COD available ?

"Cash on delivery" is temporary not available, but we do accept KIPLE PAY as payment gateway.

7. Can I request a message card along with my order ?

Yes, we do provide message card if consumer requests.

8. Can I change/cancel my order ?

Customers deserve their rights to change or cancel their order, but customers are required to email us, sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746), 3 days before delivery day. And kindly attach your payment receipt and order ID for verification purpose.

9. What if an item I ordered is out of stock ?

"Out of Stock" will be labeled if the item is out of stock, and further notice will be given by our management team through email if you have placed the order already

10. Are the balloons helium or air filled ?

Balloons will be categorized clearly by item description. Kindly double check your item before you checkout.

11. How long will helium balloons float for ?

Standard size latex filled helium balloons stay afloat for approx 8-12 hours, whereas helium filled balloons float for 2-5 days. But it depends on environment condition as well.

12. Can the cakes, balloons, bouquets, F&B or the gifts be customized ?

Specific items such as cakes, bouquets and etc can be customized but not all items are customize-able.

13. Is the food suitable for vegetarians ?

For further confirmation, we will be suggesting customers to contact our customer service, sweettwentyoneplt@gmail.com or via phone (014-346 3746) for confirmation and inform right before you place the order.

14. Can I customize my own theme ?

Yes, we do provide cake customizing service as well.

15. Are the cakes and F&B services halal ?

It depends, only specific products which contain halal logo are halal.

16. Are there discounts available for large orders ?

No, but there is certain discount or promotion available on specific time frame or season.

DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

1. Are the items available for delivery/ self pickup ?

Yes, all deliveries will be meticulously planned base on the time slot you have pre- selected when you placed you order.

2. Which areas are covered for delivery ?

Penang Island and Penang mainland are under coverage only.

3. How much is the delivery fee ?

Delivery fees will be stated clearly while you checkout, and it depends on the area you wanted to deliver.

4. How long does it take for delivery ?

We are sorry to say that we are not able to promise a specific delivery time. However, our riders will try their best to deliver your goods right on time.

5. How do I know if my order has been delivered ?

As of now, we do not have a live tracking system for our customers; but be rest assured that we will deliver your orders within the time slot you have pre-selected, you will also receive an email confirmation when your order is successfully delivered by our riders.

6. How can I change my delivery date or time ?

Yes, but kindly address your order ID and receipt while contacting our customer service for further amendments. However, we are not accepting immediate amendments, notice needs to be done 3 days before the delivery date.

7. What to do if accidentally put in the wrong address ?

CANCEL / REFUND POLICY

1. Can I cancel/ refund my order ?

Yes, customers are required to contact our customer service for cancellation and refund. Order ID and receipt are required to attach while contacting with our team for verification purpose and 3 days before delivery date.
